The first Film Festival online is being launched on the 14th of January. It is a chance for everyone to discover French film from home!
Ten feature films and ten shorts by young directors are in competition. Internet users are invited to vote for their favourite films and post their comments on the website. The selection includes an all-time classic, French Cancan by Jean Renoir, shown out-of-competition.
The festival is available in 10 languages: the website and films, available for a fee via video-on-demand, are accessible in Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
The website also offers contents free of charge from 3 January 2011: trailers, exclusive interviews, competitions.
